Nothing personal aaginst you, but I do wonder how you would view it, if you had not been "diagnosed" with an illness. Guess we all have beliefs that we need to hold onto, and once you get "diagnosed" the doctors take over those beliefs. I find that more scary than any condition they diagnose.
There is a real argument that this is all created by doctors and pyschiatrists. Most of what you said, many students experience. Everyone experiences paranoia and anxiety, I dont like the way psychiatrists just label that as an illness straightaway. If anything that exacerbates your condition.
I cured myself the first time with fasting killing the worms. The second time I cured my mental illness was with combantrin the wormanator. Mental illness is caused by flies and their worms. Thats the cure.
hey mate im glad your feeling better. recently i havnt been well but im starting to look at life in a different way, i hope to make somthing of my life. like you have :)
Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness and chronic fatigue syndrome is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.
HI my friend, Bi-polar runs in my family. I suffered depression for a few years, and took meds to help me sleep.I had anxiety attacks. After I was attacked I had post trumatic stress disorder for years, it has gone away now.I still get depressed at times. But nothing like I was years ago.
I take medication and it keeps me well but sometimes my mood goes up or down depending on stresses I get on with my Dad well but my mum my brother and sister I struggle to have a realtionship with that I find very stressful!
I really appreciate you sharing your story and I know how difficult it is to talk about. What is your diagnosis and are you on meds now? I relate to the shyness thing a lot. You've done some cool stuff - Japan and volunteering.
