  • Thanks, this is starting to take a hold of my life.. iv always been this way.. thinking negative and worrying, and nervousness.. and doctors dont understand symptoms and say im healthy. Its affecting my school life now and hurting my friends and family. I have a question.. what kind of positive things would be good to put on this checklist? just a few examples would help..

  • What about those who developed unexplanaible anxiety and depersonalizaiton/derealization from smoking too high doses of marihuana and getting anxiety from it.I almost got cured of depersonalization/derealization but then i went back to bad habits and later i got flu and my symptoms skyrocketed and i got scared and had a panic attack. Now i get feeling of fear and saddnes thru day in waves for no reason like there is no reason for it or sometimes i get it from food. I sent you an email

    Thanks!!!

  • @Kitarist88 mate all of them haved a bad trip and that was the trigger for daily anxiety ... i was in that situation, from weed but you must admit cause you haved a pessimistic behaviour before somoking ... only some of people develop anxiety from weed and that people is already exposed to see the dark side of things but the good thing is cause it can be cured and your life will be bright again without any medication

  • @TheMendacious Yea i wasnt used to high dose effects of marihuana and panicked many times but still smoked. After what happened i stopped smoking. My anxiety was gone after few months also my depersonalization/derealization was getting better until i got to bad habits again and then i got flu and got scared/panic attack again because depresonalization/derealization increased. Now every since this i have anxiety thru day that comes in waves for no reason and also saddnes. It will get better

  • @Kitarist88 Unfortunately, I have heard this many times. MJ seems to have that effect on certain people. Staying completely away from it is the only real answer I'm afraid; and even then it may take some time to get over.
