Its really weird but we all do the drive home from work but its good to see it through the eyes of someone other than you and know they see the same as me... i do the princes freeway on to the western ring road then all the way to the tullamarine freeway...then all the way back again. That footage made the drive looking somewhat fun.. :)

I have some curiosity for visiting Australia, but it's in the other side of the world for me (I live in Brazil).

Really... I wish that "traffic" we had in Brazil... Here it's 5x more. You wouldn't have all those empty spaces between cars like you had during many parts. And the traffic is much more challenging too because many people here don't respect traffic rules.

40mins to 2mins, how many megs/gigs did that take up? Also, what type of card are you using? Panasonic 16gig SD Class 6?

I just ordered the DMC TS1, can't wait to try it out.

Panasonic 12GB class 4..havent had any problems with it..the file was about 4GB.

So wait, you were able to do this with a class 4? i was under the impression that i needed at least an 133x class 6. Can you confirm? Is 40x enough to capture the highest of the three AVC-HD settings on this camera? I just bought it, and am researching the SDHC card i need to buy.

Well the Class4 Panasonic card I got has FULLHD written all over it so go figure..Maybe its one of the 'faster' class4 cards but I haven't had any issues recording full quality.
