Nobody made this VET do this. What if he wanted to do it because he did feel grateful? Would you be grateful if someone did fight for funding for something that would help you? How about the fact that McCain voted against more funding for VET benefits. He said he believed it would cause less people to re-enlist. Well, I'm a vet, an informed vet, and I can tell you I took notice of that. That's why I won't vote for McCain. So if this senator did this for him, then I'm sure he was grateful.
