what rights are they talking about? you have know rights when it comes to the police i live in a small town in tn[tn just voted # state in corruption ] our rights were taken away in the 1960,s we have to obey tn constitution not federal.

At 3:25 she gives some bad advice when she says " when the cops come to your home step outside...". Very bad advice. Stay in your home. The cops cannot pull you out of your house without a warrant but if you go outside, your in their power zone. There they can claim anything they want like you made threatening movements and had to subdue you. But if you stay in your home you are in control. You simply close the door and don't speak with them. And lastly, you don't have to give a audience to em.
