  • My favourite song after When you believe.

  • I love how in all of these the mother figure is always so kind and always knows what to say. :D

  • bah..this song is awesome, but the title is not! >>

  • 0:07 press the snow button!!!

  • @Japaneseshibainu Lmao!!! He's like WTF are those white things falling from the sky! And then runs away in fear lol that made my day! XD

  • wanna see the queens reprise? (:

  • This is such a good song! Childhood memories...

  • Poor old man that Moses knocked down. No one helped him up??

  • For the record, this film has nothing to do with Disney whatsoever. It was produced and distributed by DreamWorks, a totally independent company.

  • the song's awesome. stop arguing.

  • Um, why's the video title got 'Queen's Reprise' in it if the Queen's Reprise isn't in it? :/

  • That 1 dislike must be the Queen, since she didn't get her reprise. :p

  • 1 person never wanted anything

  • This is a lot like a Disney movie though.

  • @habboaddict2 seems a tad more emotional i feel. and more realistic.. in a way. Iunno... something about the prince of egypt that gets to ya.

  • @habboaddict2 I don't see how. It's a religious cartoon that is drawn like no other. I've never seen a Disney movie like this.

  • @DeadlyShuriken11 I don't mean religious Disney Movies. Ever see Mulan? It's has singing, and it's Animated. So are a lot of other Disney Movies.

  • @habboaddict2 I've seen every Disney movie, even the old ones. When I first saw this movie I thought that Warner brothers or some other company made the movie. Disney has another look and feel to it. If you like this movie, check out Joseph King of Dreams. BTW, a lot of times, people who make Disney movies are all from other countries.

  • @DeadlyShuriken11 What does the fact that people who make Disney movies are from other countries? I'm just saying, that this is similar to a Disney movie, for the facts that it has singing and it's animated.

  • @habboaddict2 lol, most if not all cartoons have singing and are animated. Not everyone who makes Disney movies are from other countries. I just wanted to point out that most of the time, they are from other countries.

  • the queens reprise isnt on this!

  • its years ago i saw this movie and it still gives me shivers

  • Dreamworks (that evidently made this movie) and Pixar (that is a disney owned company) sometimes work together. This might be what causes the confusion when you've seen the opening: "Dreamworks & Disney Pixar"

  • @TheChopstickWitch Yeah, except this movie was made many, many years before Disney bought Pixar.

  • @NerdExtrodinare Then if all the logos show I guess hell froze over for a moment and all comanies decided to workl together and make an awesome film!

Who cares what bought what when, I'm just trying to straighten up the confusion about why ppl might thing dreamworks is disney owned.

  • @TheChopstickWitch Ahh, I misread your statement, once I reread it I agree. I read it as "It should read "Dreamworks & Disney Pixar"" Not what you actually said. My apologize for the misunderstanding.

  • @NerdExtrodinare Lol, well mistakes happen I guess XD

  • does anyone know the instrument 0:29 - 0:38? like a flute sound?

  • @Fordesman That's called a pan flute , if you listen to the Tarzan score , they use it constantly!

  • @Retrofanatic10 cheers i love that shizz

  • Grrr, why isn't this song longer?! >:| *sigh* :)

  • BIOSHOCK GOAL FOR MOSES

New Goal: Follow the mysterious woman

Goal Completed: Follow the mysterious woman

New Goal: Head to the Palace

  • But where's the queen's reprise!? :(

  • @waterchou Yea, this was just a test tbh... this upload... i uploaded he part I really liked... not that the Queen's Reprise is bad or anything... but anyways... yea my bad.

  • This was my favorite song...

  • Man, now I wanna watch the Prince Of Egypt

  • This...isn't the Queen's reprise....

  • I miss this kindof animation.. and voice... *sigh* what has happened to dreamworks?

  • trolling lol nice song ey

  • @krnbatman damn canadians

  • sure are a lot of trolls here.

  • Michael Eisner burn in Hell!

  • Disney is pure garbage today. It all went down hill after Mulan...I want to say after Pocahontas, but Mulan was a good movie...

  • I can no longer watch this movie with out seeing all the incorrect Egyptian Art references. Gotta love being an Art Major :/

  • @AleeciaSkye Or a history major...all the representations of what people look like are off...not here nor there...playing it safe to appeal to a broader audience without offending certain people too badly...

  • @martydrooo I wasn't saying that they drew anything wrong. They have references of the god Aton. This God was worshiped during the Amarna Period. This was a monotheistic period. Then they references other gods. They don't have there facts straight. That is what I meant. I wasn't hating in the movie. I love it. Oh and it is DreamWorks not Disney.

  • @AleeciaSkye I knew exactly what you were saying, I was just pointing something else out. I love the movie as well. What I'm referencing in my Disney comments is the fact that Jeff Katzenberg was the driving force behind disney's success, but he was pushed out by Eisner who is a hack. After that, Disney declined, and Dreamworks SKG thrived...SKG=Speilberg, Katzenberg, Geffen...

  • @martydrooo If your post wasn't addressing mine then why did you even post it on mine, and not even make sense when you did. I think Disney is doing great with there productions by the way.

  • @AleeciaSkye It addressed you, but I re-posted it to hushsweetheart who called me an idiot for talking about disney when this is a dreamworks movie, because it explained what I meant when I said disney went downhill and I did not want to retype the same thing again, I just c+p'd. I work in the entertainment industry so I screen a lot of the movies in advance and I'm always disappointed with disney. Before Katzenberg founded dreamworks he made b+tb, pocahontas,lionking,alladin,L.M., for disney

  • @martydrooo No, the first thing you post on my first comment on this video did not relate to what I was saying, it is not even readable. I have tried being civil with you and you are making it hard. I don't care if you screen movies or what not, that has nothing to do with what I was talking about in the first place.

  • @martydrooo You are making yourself look absolutely ridiculous. 1) It's not Disney. It's Dreamworks. Get your shit straight before you troll (that is what you are, after all). It makes you look like a fool. 2) AleeciaSkye is completely correct in her claim, but you, however, make absolutely no sense in your argument. And nothing's going to be perfect; it's a movie. They DO have a certain amount of creative license. Use your head.

  • @HushSweetheart Be true to your username ;) My comment to AS address you as well: " I knew exactly what you were saying, I was just pointing something else out. I love the movie as well. What I'm referencing in my Disney comments is the fact that Jeff Katzenberg was the driving force behind disney's success, but he was pushed out by Eisner who is a hack. After that, Disney declined, and Dreamworks SKG thrived...SKG=Speilberg, Katzenberg, Geffen..."

  • @martydrooo Haha! Oh, you really make me laugh. :) Thank you for trying to insult us and cover up your idiocy, but I'm sorry, you didn't fool me for a minute. Thanks for a good time, dear. If I want an idiot to entertain me, I'll make sure to notify you. ;)

  • @HushSweetheart Who is us? If you're referring to AleeciaSkye I did not insult her anywhere. You were the one who came out with the name calling like a child, and I told you to Hush, sweetheart. I work in the entertainment business and I know who makes what, Dreamworks in an independent public company (though they do have a dist. agreement with disney) whos animation division (spun off now) is headed by Jeff Katzenberg, who was going to be Pres. of Disney until eisner pushed him out.

  • @martydrooo Again with the use of my username to try and be catty. If you're going to keep arguing, please try and at least be creative, you're starting to bore me. And if you really do work in the entertainment industry, then why are you making yourself look like a complete fool by trolling over Youtube? I'm really over and done with talking to you; trolls are all the same.

  • Love this song...

  • Omg. the danish ver. is much bette! o:'

but the movie is amazing!! (Y)

  • Disney aren't the only ones who can make brilliant animated films.

  • @Mbarnes3381

All Animation Is Disney. TVtropes said so. =P

  • @Ygdrasel This is dreamworks?

  • As short as this song is, it brilliantly shows the internal conflict he is going through with what the two identities he's presented, and he battles it with self assurance that he's in fact.. The prince of Egypt. Ah, I love how they depict his denial. Love it love it love it.

  • This has been my favorite movie since I was little :)

  • Have you ever wondered why Tarzan doesn't have a beard? I mean he doesn't shave so how doesn't he have a beard?

  • @iski99 lolwut?

    random much lol...

I suppose he could've done some sort of waxing.. removing the roots and all.. u know ...

    how's that for some randomness.

  • @saffant yea maybe kinda hard to do that in the jungle though. Not sure what he'd use. But then again he's Tarzan and pretty much can do anything.

  • @iski99 He probably copied that evil tyrant guy who shaved with a sword and all...

  • this movie is completely against my beliefs but have to love it through music like this XD

  • I want to name my kid Alabaster

  • @Lutomoria HAHAHAHA YOU READ MY MIND, I LOVE THAT WORD NOW.

  • @ZettaiOtakuu Haha, whenever I play the ABC game on long road trips, one of my favorite A names to use is Alabaster. "A my name is Alabaster and I like.." Its great. My mom thinks I'm crazy though.

  • i love this movie....it really makes you stop and think...

  • This was the biggest moment in his entire life, I am humbled of it

  • kinda hilarious that they don't know what sovereign means.

  • @ragnarrahl ''sovergein prince of Egypt'' is a correct statement

  • @termis69

No, it isn't. The Pharaoh is the sovereign. He isn't even the heir to sovereignty (the crown prince). He's a prince, certainly, but without sovereign powers. No one can tell a sovereign what to do.

  • One of my favorite movies♥

  • I gotta say, Dreamworks sure does creates masterpieces. Hat off to ya.

  • @Majin0KidBuu Yea puts into a completely different world... an essence of heaven...

  • Dreamworks needs to go back to 2D animation. I'm tired of seeing Dreamworks only shitting out quickie crap CGI-only movies. Most of them are terrible, with the exception of How to Train Your Dragon and Cloudy with a Chance (if that's dreamworks.) But I loved Prince of Egypt since seeing it in theaters in my childhood. I'm 18 now and this movie is STILL fucking great.

  • id really like to believe every part of this movie was real it frighting amazing . I would give anything to live a life like this. The song is so powerful it has so much meaning moses knows he is much more than a prince of eqypt.

  • poor Moses, all he lived was a lie... :(

  • I love Moses's voice in this song <3

  • ppl !! NO DISNEY HERE !! It's all Dreamworks.... stop asking retarded qs ie.. Is Dreamworks a disney company ?

  • @daspand Yeah, Disney never cared for God.

  • @PinksBiggestFanEver Man who gives a shit.. just watch the clip and enjoy the music.

  • @saffant I know right? & Just to create balance in that argument he was stirring, he should look into The Hunchback of Notredame. They're plenty mentioned there and even serve as an important supporting role for the main characters. "God Help the Outcast" much?

  • @PinksBiggestFanEver Man who gives a shit.. just watch the clip and enjoy the music.

  • @daspand Lol I know exactly wat u mean dude. They do the same with Anastasia and I obviously says @ the begining what company made it.

  • @daspand i believe Dreamworks in an animations company, they usually team up with someone else to make a story, however there have been movies where it's all them story and everything :)

  • @daspand they worked hand-in-hand to create the best cartoon-like films, so good it suits all ages, and plus they have built my childhood,so personally, they both deserve equal praise

  • @daspand My god you should hear the Damn Disney fanboys ask questions about the Don Bluth films. It is stupid how everyone simply equates top shelf animation to Disney.

  • that was a beautiful palace!

  • Kinda weird that is was right next to a slave colony though..

  • What ya mean by 'this' ? this event ? it's not 100% real... many differences... ofcourse that may or may not be subjective based on one's perspective.

But yes this did really happen.

  • Are you sure you responded to the right person... ?

  • No it isnt.

  • You dumbass even 3 year old know the diffrence between dream works and disney.

  • @jeremyblake88 yes it is.

  • @jeremyblake88 i lol at u!

  • Yes it ain't disney... omg now u must hate it... lol kidding...

  • thank god dreamworks made this and not disney! disney would have killed it!

  • not really, back then during the time this was made, Disney was awesome with hits like Lion King etc. (forgot others :S) so Disney im pretty sure wud've done a good job on this too.

  • but Disney might have messed up the story itself, ya know? cause Disney isn't really known for loving the Biblical aspect of things...but thats just my opinion

  • @daspand HAHAH, not really. the music deamworks are like geniuses with it.

  • ^ tru that

  • this is one of my favourite movies, this and the lion king are two of the best moves disney ever made.

i love how they put adult themes in family movies, movies like these always make me tear up.

  • lol not rly adult themes, but rather mature topics and matters.

  • Well, prince of egypt is not disney, but yes, it is a wonderful movie.

  • It's made by DreamWorks. :)

  • its not disney?

  • No. XD

  • Love it! Thanks.

  • i love this song

  • this song is so strong and yet so graceful! I luv it

  • this song is so strong yet so graceful

  • Powerful song. This scene always did something to me.

  • One of the many great songs of this movie!

     =)

  • yea i know eh !

  • Great Amazing I Love it !!

  • yea u bet it is .. ;)

  • This song is truly incredible

  • yea me 2 , was really inspiring !
