And I can tell you that there is none of which you have described in this song. As for the release, this song was written to accompany a cinematic, so of course it wont be a stand alone piece. You obviously have no experience when it comes to the symphonic/classical genre. I listen to a TON of classical music, and this piece is just fine.

I agree. I really enjoyed the series so far. Played through ME1 like 5 times in the day and age I barely beat games a single time. ME1 had the much more memorable story but I still really enjoyed ME2 simply because I already had an attachment to the characters and universe.
After playing Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 2, hearing all the soundtracks, and getting pissed off at yet another George Lucas re-re-re-re-re-re-re release of the Star Wars films (with more changes) I conclude Mass Effect > Star Wars
There are few games that evoke the same level of awe and nostalgia as Mass Effect. Morrowind, KOTOR, Ocarina of Time...I honestly can't think of any others on the same level.
@Alekkkkkkkkk Never played any of them besides about 10 minutes of NWN, though I've been meaning to play SotC. But no, obviously nostalgia cannot be evoked by games I haven't played. OoT and Morrowind because they changed the way I looked at gaming, and KOTOR and ME because of the amazing stories and that sci-fi resonates with me more than fantasy.

I wish the upcoming movie was far better than expected and begin completly new saga between those SW and ST fanbases. There's a lot of content - books, videogames and especially movies against this tiny little universe which was made in game, but I believe in 20-30 years it could achieve half or more of what SW or ST did.

@TheClark501 hahaha, halo hasnt had a commercial in at least a year. So i dont know what your smoking but the first mass effect was boring and long, wasnt a bad game but, Nothing can compare to the epicness of halo. And halo has better reviews in general and better soundtracks. So there you go!:)

@TheClark501 Actually, production on a Halo movie began in 2004, it was postponed in 2006 but it's been put back into production, this conversation shouldn't even be happening since you can't compare Halo and Mass Effect, Halo received critical acclaim and so did Mass Effect, so both you and Ladygingin13 should just shut the hell up and just play the games you enjoy instead of having a "who's is bigger" style argument when neither of you can come up with legitimate facts, just your opinions.

Both are science fiction masterpieces and if you cannot accept both then you clearly aren't a science fiction fan at all. There is something to be taken out of each story, as both are incredibly in depth and beautifully written.

I agree. I really enjoyed the series so far. Played through ME1 like 5 times in the day and age I barely beat games a single time. ME1 had the much more memorable story but I still really enjoyed ME2 simply because I already had an attachment to the characters and universe.

There are few games that evoke the same level of awe and nostalgia as Mass Effect. Morrowind, KOTOR, Ocarina of Time...I honestly can't think of any others on the same level.

@Alekkkkkkkkk Never played any of them besides about 10 minutes of NWN, though I've been meaning to play SotC. But no, obviously nostalgia cannot be evoked by games I haven't played. OoT and Morrowind because they changed the way I looked at gaming, and KOTOR and ME because of the amazing stories and that sci-fi resonates with me more than fantasy.

@robertbagley86 Well I can agree with that but unfrotunately it won't be the greatest Sci-Fi universe ever made. I wish the upcoming movie was far better than expected and begin completly new saga between those SW and ST fanbases. There's a lot of content - books, videogames and especially movies against this tiny little universe which was made in game, but I believe in 20-30 years it could achieve half or more of what SW or ST did.
