You can't make your characters walk in the game. He's using demorecord scripts and using the civilian walk move to fashion custom videos for capture.

The two powers, which is the thunderous Nuke, and the other in which he slams the ground sending people flying, arevcustomly made powers by jack emmert. Statesman has limited control over lightning' which is complimentary to his archetype, Incarnate. The other was probably some Nuke Jack wanted to have fun with. =p

In fact, the whole clip was "hand-written".

Aral created a demo file from scratch, choosing the models, actions and camera movements in everything allowed by the game mechanics and combined them to create this video.

Nothing was shot in game (though we fought Statesman a few days before quite this way), that's why you see Statie use some powers he usually doesn't have.
