Now that I can do a FEW (but not many) of the moves I've ssen you do over the years...I watch your combos more intently now--like I'd love to get that iguana pencl thing from the cross ankle release. I loved yours at 4:10 . That was an awesome combo around 5:39 also--going from the leaned out walking Aysha to the flipped Gemini. I will sub to your new channel right away. ...and is there any "official" news yet?
Hi Shelly! It is so nice to see you back. I had nearly forgotten just how unbelievably advanced even your most casual level of poling is on any oridinary day. The very first move,lol...BAM! ...a crazy legs shoulder mount stall! And you just sustain moves forever...lolligagging and adjusting things in your Flat Scorpio FOREVER there at 1:11 ! The sheer length of your knee holds (AFTER doing a Marley) at 2:30 ...again at 2:55 would have put most of us on the floor in a heap of exhaustion or pain.

@gsylass hey girl...yeah on the other channel it shows that part of my journey..(past ten months), this was filmed at 4.5 months along, lol, but suprisingly i'm just about back to the same shape, idk how, lol but close. took a bikini pic the other day, i'll share that, feeling proud and shocked myself on that. i hope i can get all of my strength back. i'm hopeful now:)
Wow, your like the matrix on a pole! You are simply amazing! You might be the strongest woman I have ever seen! There should be a pole in the olympics! I'm not kidding!!!! I was like holding my breath half the time in the beginning thinking you were going to fall at first. I am so impressed! Wish I could do that! I would twist something and kill myself on the first spin..lol
