She uses it on the top of her eye and the bottom of her eye.

Then she uses regular eyeliner to color the "white" thingy of her eye. xD

@u0gytea you have to train your hair to part on that side, if you have a couple days with nowhere to really go, wash your hair and part it on the side desired and pin it there, after everytime you wet your hair, part it. whichever way your hair is parted it how it will dry.
