Slaves get no choices on where the fruits of there labor go. So income tax makes me a slave. I don't get to decide where my money goes. I don't get to say no to income tax. I do need to eat so some of my time i work for me and some of my time I work for the government. They take my money (the fruits of my labor) for their own purposes. Sometimes for things that are wrong evil and unjust. Just like a slave owner get the fruits of the slaves labor so too the government gets mine.
