Had a yorkie for 5-1/2 wonderful years when he got very sick and i had to let him go to that dog park in the sky. Hope to see him again one day. loved all of these yorkie videos but they made me miss Cowboy (his name) even more. He loved to swim and would do the swimming action with the feet above water. wish i could find another like him some day, my squirrel-hunting little champion swimmer. Thank you for the trip down memory lane. How beautiful!

Can someone help me out? I am getting a yorkie when i move out of my parents house and i wanna know which are friendlier (male or female). Sometimes female dogs can be a little more independent but i'm not sure though so can you say which is better to adopt?

@Fergie10rock It really depends on the dog and the training you give it. In my experience I found boys to be nicer and more loving, but girls are nice to just more independent like you said.You need to go into some kind of training because your Yorkie might get small dog syndrome.I suggest petsmart, it will help you and your Yorkie so much and they have puppy classes that will teach your Yorkie to tolerate other dogs and not to be aggersive.
