I love Ianto he was the cutest thing on the show. But I don't get why people are SO upset about his dying. Yes it was said but it was beautifully written by Davies. I have no complaints. The show is and always will be amazing.
I think he means small as in the fans that are being vicious and taking it way OTT. He meant that although everyone else is mourning Ianto, a few are completely ruining it for everyone else.
