@MrGrevy Being a sociopath is considered a personality disorder and is in the DSM-IV-TR under the same listing as schizoid, etc. I think sick people should be treated rather than jailed. The same way we don't put mentally handicapped people to death. They suffer from a condition. I was diagnosed as "covetous antisocial" which is kind of a less severe subgroup of sociopath. And in general I work within society without causing persons undue harm.
@Horus515 Yes I know what an Axis II diagnosis is, professor. It is now referred to as Anti Social Personality Disorder, which I'm sure you know, given your bizarre need to be right. However, a personality disorder is NOT a severe mental illness and this person deserved jail. His personality disorder is no excuse. It's disturbing to think someone with your affliction is in the mental health field in any capacity.
