yes but i think it's better with surpressor and ext. mags because with rapid fire, you use your up your clip fast and the mp7 takes a while to reload and you might need sleight of hand, but then if you don't have scavenger, you'll run out of ammo pretty quick.

well depends, if you're using specialist then two attatchments is better because after your specialist bonus you get all the proficiencies, but if you were using range then you wouldn't be able to have that extra attatchment.

Model isn't as bad as you think ;) I use the weapon 24/7, it's my most-used weapon and I love using it because it plays differently than the other shotguns plus IMO it's actually really good... You should try a MOAB with it man.
