Speaking of great scenes in this movie, I still think it's awesome at the dinner with Frank's family that he defends Chris O' Donnell's character when the smarmy nephew keeps calling him "Chucky" or "Chuck" or whatever it was. Not that Frank's family didn't have cause to dislike Frank, but the nephew was a pr!ck from the get-go. Just a cool scene. Pacino rules!

Gardel y el Tango son patrimonio de la humanidad. Son bien porteños y eso es reconocido en el mundo, pero negarle a Uruguay su participación necesaria e imprescidible (tanto en su creación como en su desarrollo) es de necios y soberbios (casualmente otro de las ítems por los que nos identifican a los porteños en todo el mundo).

Terminemos con las discusiones huecas que no conducen a nada y disfrutemos del zorzal criollo, que cada día canta mejor.

Un montevideano es más parecido a un porteño que un jujeño, por ejemplo. Por eso no me molesta que se diga que Uruguay es como una provincia argentina, porque perfectamente podría ser. El problema es cuando dicen eso despectivamente, y ahi está la principal diferencia entre un montevideano y un porteño, la soberbia...

Not to criticize the movie, this movie is Sublime, but Al Pacino didn't do such a good job on that tango, i mean, it was regular, real tango is much harder to dance, and there wasn't enough movement, still, he did Pretty well.

i have to disagree with you. It would have been very unrealistic if he busted out a perfectly executed tango routine, i think they did it just about right..he is a blind guy, who used to dance back in the day..and that's what it looks like.
