I've had my own experiences with those cell phone dangler things. When I was in Europe, I'd buy one almost every day, trying to get the epic looking Bulbasaur one. I got about three Minuns and two Pikachu ones... these ones were small figures at least though. I never got Bulbasaur in the end. When I got home, I saw one at the movie theater, and I put a dollar in only to find that the machine broke! Wow long comment sorry.
Remind me never to purchase stuff like this from these vending machines.
I thought they were figurines too...
