I enjoy watching Go Shiozaki work in the ring. His match against Sugiura for the GHC Heavyweight Championship was great to watch and Shiozaki deserved that win and a lengthy reign. The sky is the limit for Shiozaki. Sugiura though.....it really surprised me that man like him....a former champion....he barely screamed as champion. Shiozaki fits the role as champion well. I would love to see my two favorites, Shiozaki and Nakamura, in the ring. One on One.
@13SilverSoul Shiozaki and Nakamura already happened. What I want to see now is if Nakamura became IWGP champ again and Go and him will put the GHC and IWGP title on the line. Much like Satoshi/Tenzan back then.
@MakatangLiban Oops! Yeah I knew that these two met but it would have been great if they met together as champs but sadly.....Nakamura didn't win.....BUT he did send Tanahashi to the dentist.
now that I look at it he did receive a ghc shot and he lost which makes it even worse that they completely wasted any momentum Go had, all for Sugiura, who I also like to watch very much, but he isn't drawing people to NOAH's shows and now he's has the most defenses of any major japanese singles championship but nobody is even watching
Go is awesome there is no doubting this, however I think NOAH's handling of him has been horrible...they have him go over tanahashi & nakamura cleanly in noah but no GHC shot and then rikio gets injured so they send Go to job to Makabe for the IWGP now he can't win any of the leagues or the tag titles even, I hope Morishima wins the title shot just so they can continue to build (more like rebuild) Go in a similar way so he can be a legit draw (which sugiura is not)
I just love how Go tries his hardest to kill KENTA in every clip they are shown
