I'm buying a new laptop soon, but with the 5650. Was just wondering if you or anyone else knows if there is a hatch by choosing 1920x1080 15,6" screen and not the 1366x768?

I will get lower FPS with that big res, but will I see a difference between 1366x768 on the full-hd screen and the hd-ready (which has max res of 1366x768)? Both are 16:9
