I wasn't able to find a place to stream the full episode considering I just watched it by downloading it from a community on LiveJournal. However I checked and found that someone had uploaded both parts on here. Type in: SyFy Alice Part1 Piece1 and that should get you started
It's really good considering a lot of the SyFy channel's originals have been crap but this was brilliant.
