i know this is a trailer for looking for alaska, but i was referencing another one of john green's books paper towns.

you see, a major theme in paper towns is that everyone and everything is imagined differently to different people.

take santa clause, now most of america would think that he's white, but there are some people (like radar's parents) that believe he's black. but you can never know what race santa clause is, because he's imaginary, ya know?
