Does it use data plan or internet to calc and search routes, or does it actualy use the built in gps? Coz i dont wanna hav to pay more just to use it...
GPS satellites don't send maps. Only radio timer signals that the GPS can translate into a coordinate. You need to install a map application like Tomtom or use one that downloads the maps as you go, like amAze GPS.
