@GTAIVFan17 hey if u want to made this by your self u even can develop your skills just go to video copilot.net and click on tutorials and scroll down to number 34 then it will say watch tutorial click it... but it's made in after effects. if u don't have after effects just ask me and i'll give u another link not the adobe link...

Pick 'Video effects' and add Jitter.. Put a keyframe on the end with 100% jitter.. And also in the beginning 100% jitter.

But in terms of GHz, is it better to have a lower or higher GHz?

definitely higher - go as high as you can afford, unless you're buying a quad core

my laptop has a 2.83 GHz quad core

all it means is how fast your computer can "process" information, so larger computers can afford to have a larger, heavier, faster processor

2.83 is definitely higher than average for a laptop - but do as much research as you can, a quad core 2.83 is a TON more powerful than a dual core 3.0 :)

That's a very big statement you made there. =P

The thing is that there are more units in a quad core than there are in a dual core (obviously), and that decreases the speed quite a lot. Even so much that at this exact moment, with the quad cores that got released, there is not really a noticeable difference between a dual and a quad core's speed yet.

The only thing I would recommend is: get a processor that suits the whole system well. =)
