The Program must be set to tell the Cubans to Move when the RC Plane shows up. Thus, since you are not in an RC Plane, the Cubans don't even flinch. FYI there is a Helicopter on the building next to the "Life's a Beach" billboard. Just use the jump set up behind to access the roof & bingo you have a quick way of getting to the Cubans.

I am looking for "Other" ways of doing GTA-VC missions. I have found a glitch that makes this probably the easiest mission of all.

(YOU Take NO Damage)

1-Listen to Auntie P. & Go to TOP FUN Van.

2-Right after the Brief in the van, GET OUT before it shows the Plane.

3-The Cubans should appear on Radar, so get to them any way you like(Car/Helicopter)

4-NOW Just kill all Cubans & Boats!!!

They don't fight or move. EASY.

for anyone who has problems with this mission, there's an easier way:

- first drive via the road to the house with the cubans

- kill all the cubans as this player "GTAmissions" did at the end, or push them in the water with the back (tail?) of the plane.

- after that drive your plane into the boats and drop a bomb while in the boat (you have exactly 3 planes)

-NB you don't have to destroy the car if you've already killed all cubans

i get how you fly the plane! Once you are high in the air, keep hold of the RMB button and it floats! Plus, to destroy the boats easier, run over and kill all the Cubans and bomb the boats. And also you can keep bombing while on fire so thats a mint trick to complete it.

I think it's possible on GTA 3. If you press F6 (I think) in a VIGILANTE vehicle, you can listen to the MP3 Player but not any other radio stations =D
