Of course two great singers! It depends on what type of style you prefer. I like Adele, however, Nobody is like Amy.... except perhaps, she was like the great Billie Holiday. Usually I hate these kinds of comparisons but it was really interesting. Both are/were talented and very unique singers and although my favourite is Amy (and will always be), it's nice to see someone like Adele who still makes quality music and is not like every other pop star. Take note that Amy never showed her true ability in any of her registers before her death, and in majority of songs she was intoxicated while singing (also shows how effortless it was to her), so I don't believe that a comparison between these two would be wise. I guess we'll never know what Amy could of really achieved with her voice..

Her low notes, melismas, phrasing and falsetto were basically unmatched in this decade of music.
