I have CDs from two Israeli soldiers on how to fight. It's a great workout. I had a choice of buying one from our military or Israel's and I choose Israel's. You guys are tougher since you have to be alert each and every day of Palestinian homocide bomber terrorists in the Gaza strip, Hamas, Hesbola (spelling?), Iran, and you're surrounded by enemies. Israeli soldiers are tough as nails.
