F5 for fully retract, F8 for fully extend. F6 for retract 1 notch, F7 for extend one notch :) but you can also do it "manually" by pressing shift + 4 to bring the speed-box up, and there you can take the flap lever up or down. Or you can do it from virtual cockpit :)

FS04 Owns FSX if you have never played FSX. If you have played FSX but it does not work and now you are stuck with FS04 then it doesn't. Ok.

Make sure the file of the download is not open on your screen when you click that submit button and it will take a few minutes for the file to upload - the page will not change until the file upload is complete so just be patient while it uploads. : )
