It's called being lazy, no pity for these ppl, if you're stressed out then do what normal ppl do and workout. Go to the gym, run, etc. mix this with daily vitamins and a healthy diet and your depressed moods will turn around in no time. It's a scientific fact. And when you eat all of that fat processed food it does nothing but make you feel like crap, physically and mentally. I don't feel sorry for anyone that can help they're condition, if someone can't then that's a different story.
@GreyIceWater123 How dare you sound so unsympathetic to him. You don't know what it feels like to be that Heavy. I KNOW. I was extremely overwight myself. I lost more than 160lbs through dieting and exersizing. You should be supporting him and encouraging him. This man is like a brother to me. he is in my prayers.
@GreyIceWater123 Yeah, exercise and vitamins don't cure depression in everybody. I tried all that but only got relief from anti-depressants. Otherwise your advice is correct.
you get so overwhelmed that you just loose sight of yourself and you dont know any other way to cope with life...I am a whole different person now...thanks...Rickywayne
its easier than ya think, most of my life I was around 170 lbs at 5'6" and recently I had some really bad things happen to me and it really affects your mental state and to cope you turn to eating. You have to admit eating is a major comfort when your in a bad mental state. I ballooned to 240 lbs in less than a year.
