the frieza saga was the BEST there ever was! it shows the true power of the saiyans and it culminates in an invisible yet powerful connection between vegeta and goku, who even though they are enemies they wish the same thing: the downfall of frieza. i believe dragon ball should have ended here.

Freeza can't see him becuase what he had to say was to Goku and Goku alone. While what seems like minutes to you or Goku, may have been really a few seconds in time... this was all a vision quick and swift. Freeza saw his face and probably thuaght he was confuesed and going to give up cuz of what he said... if he only woulda known it was cuz of Vegeta lol
