I think it's quite apparent to anybody who takes Hip-Hop lyricism seriously, that Apathy is more skilled than Lil Wayne. Unfortunately skills don't matter these days. Most people who only listen to artists like Lil Wayne just have a narrow point of view when it comes to Hip-Hop. If the artist isn't doing well in terms of commercial success, than somehow they're irrelevant. You can say that Lil Wayne is one of the most popular rappers, but definitely not one of the most skilled, that's all.
