Can you only find this in Emerald? I checked in Saphire, Ruby and Emerald, but didn't find it. I don't remember what I did with it.

But in Ruby I found Lax incense. Can I use that?

aww damn. I sold my sea incense becuase i didnt know it could get you a pokemon,so to get another one,i need to get another sapphire/ruby/emerald game for like 30$, get 2 used GBA's for 30$ combined, and a game link cable for 5$.So technically i need to pay 65$ to get an azurill.....gay

Incorrect, you get Kingdra by trading a Seadra holding a Dragon Scale. Use tTeif on a Bagon, maybe you'll get one. Also, you can find one in each game, like most evolution items.

also u can use Ditto(pokemon transforms into any pokemon) instead of Sea Incense,(if u want male Azurill breed female Marill with Ditto and vice versa.)

someone used to tell me if you have a girl ditto and a boy kyogre you can make a baby kyogre because ditto will use transform and it will be a girl kyogre then you would have an army of kyogres woudlnt that be cool =)

I donj't consider Manaphy a legendary. Nor Lucario. You don't catch them, or get them in wifi events. It's simply a matter of getting them for free after beating someone or the other. Team Galatic, Pokemon Ranger, meh.
