Yeah I have a caliber srt4 now with stage 1, im aware how quick these cobalts are esp the turbo ones, Never had a run with either ss/tc or sc. For those who hate the caliber-im right about 300whp/tq, get a 13.7 on the 1/4 and get 26mpg. Whats not to like?

i have a Real SS. this is an SC thats been mod. there is a difference. guess u need to have a real super sport to understand. thats a superchaged SC, not a True SS. the owner put that badge on the car. not chevy, is all i'm saying man. ss has that big ass wing and its a 2.0 ltr s/c.

i see this is an old vid but the csrt was in 3rd gear on the 45mph runs... he should of been in 2nd gear... he was starting at 3k rpms... u could obvisouly hear that the cobalt was in the right gear.... guess its true what they say, a bad driver can still make a fast car slow....

@widowedeight transmission couldn't handle the power from the R/T and srt4 wanted a less expensive approach instead of a evo/wrx awd tranny type.

@veirra dodge/ crysler does that with all models, (like the srt-8 300c, n then there is a 300c version that is awd, charger, same thing) the one below is almost always awd.honestly i would have bought the caliber if it was 30k and awd, instead of 25 k and fwd, dodge needs to get on that, just like chevy needs to get on making the new cobalt ss/tc (which i think is now out of production) at least rwd if not awd... don't get me long i love fwd, but spinning 70 is just sad with barley over 300whp
