I have ths same car but its slow :( anybody know where its safe to shift at (RPMs) when your racing? I just got a tach in mine (didnt have one) and its the factory one it goes up to like 9000, can i let it go all the way to that before i shift?

@mateogomezloko you can get  a turbo on ebay for 800 and a ecu like 300 have some one put it on and tune it would cost around 1000 so around 2100 for a cheap turbo just dont put 2 much power if your going to keep your motor stock but i think d16z6's do pretty good with boost mobile......

you are so dumb its not even funny.. have you ever heard of wheel speed? in a car like this one where it has enough hp to spin the tires easily it takes time for your car to catch up to the speed of the tires, if he were to shift before the rev limiter it would mean that he shifted before his car was moving at top speed of that gear, thus loosing all your boost and having a low rpm start in the next gear. just cause tires are spinning at 50mph doesnt mean your car is actually moving that fast

there are a million reasons you dont use tires like drag radials on the street. just so you know a honda speedo give you a speed reading of how fast the tires are spinning. all this is beside the point anyway.... he shifted fine considering the circumstances. it really doesnt look like he was going for a good launch anyway... just burnin em out for his friends.
