I remember that episode of Thomas the Tank Engine. And that pod vehicle is the Booster Mortar from "Edge Of Impact", how are they going to use it in this episode?

@RicochetXL51 they trying to create controlled landslides to block and divert the flood waters path away from the town and (adding an injection of comedy) into to the mayors (empty) mansion

@bluehairedgirlstudio They would save the town but it would make the mayor quite angry and then they would probably have to pay for all the damage. Is the mayor bad tempered?
