This madrid right now when I watch this is not a team of stars as the ones before. their all young players and are still developing as you can see. The only real stars comparable to the status of the former galacticos is Alonso, Ronaldo and KAka. Becauyse those are the players that are big names that madrid bought. the rest are still young and have lots to learn. I will not dispute the talent that was available to RM however I do not believe their fusion as a team was ever as good as the Barcelona of today. If you had pitted the Real Madrid of 02-03 against Barcelona of this season, my money is on Barca. RM 02-03 = 78 pts. Barca 10-11 = 96 pts..

I always wonder what will happen Casillas's mind when he plays and see the misery of his team now, perhaps remind Zidane, Ronaldo, Figo, Roberto Carlos, David Beckham, etc? It must be the most difficult, yet must be the luckiest person on the planet. Whenever I see Casillas, I think about it, as the years go fast.
