If I understand correctly, the cory that got shot at the end went back to the future just before he died and told the first future cory not to open the door. That's why the first thing that future cory 1 said to present cory was to not open the door. But the last future cory wasn't refering to that, he was warning future cory 1 not to open the door after he came back as cory 4.
