I don't know what it is about Howie, but I smile whenever I see him. Sure, this video might not have been as funny as some of the other stuff he's done for Buydotcom, but whatever. At least I learned that Buydotcom offers video reviews of products. I'm sure those are much more helpful than the generic stuff people write on other shopping sites.
