Yeah they sugarcoat things too much these days. I was also appalled to hear that even All Dogs Go To Heaven (a favorite of mine as a young boy) even had some scenes toned down for the DVD release. I grew up watching these movies at a very young age (5 years and on) and it never turned me into a bad person (I don't even swear!! C'mon). Parents are wimps these days.
