  • Ah, this takes me back!

  • true story the BCR singer was fishing when he got talking to a bloke who said he had depression/money/drink/drugs etc problems ex-BCR said `you think you`ve problems i used to be a bay city roller`.

  • Is the Drummer, just Justin Long in a Blonde Wig?

  • just pay the guys.. thumbs up..

  • loved it

  • every 1 got beasted from tam paton. Shafted lol

  • my wifes fav group when she was at school i liked them as well , oh to be able to revisit the 70s

  • Loved this at the time :)) And saw them Live before they hit the big time..

  • love this. .

  • I never thought about it at the time (70's) but they were kind of a second rate beach boys rip off act - dressed in three quarter length tartan pants just to make them even more repugnant. ha ha :oD

  • Better songs and hotter guys than the Beach Boys.

  • @nandobaby87 I don't know about hotter guys but in terms of creative song writing ability (and harmonisation) the beach boys win hands down. Good vibrations, God only knows, Little honda, I get around, In my room, Surfer girl, Don't worry baby...... ....listen to those (loud) on a good stereo system and you will be blown away

  • Just love the 70s and Bay City Rollers.....

  • This was a great hit with my mum R.I.P mum love u always happy 50th x x xx

  • Awesome!!!

  • This is a very "brown" video. =p

  • I LOVE THEM! What a bunch of legends! Thanks for telling me about these mum :P and I thought you didn't have taste in music <3

  • Is it weird that I came here to understand a reference in Buffy?

    It is weird isn't it...

  • i have to sing this in a school play, go bay city

  • roblightwater - you are right they could not play - we were the "so-called" support band

  • Fucking band! It is only sh...

  • like if "love actually" brought you here

  • Was mine too 27 3 75

  • Someone posted a 'look up the number one song the week you were born' link...this was my song. 3/21/75.

  • 1975-I am 14-oh,memories!

  • B A Y BAY BAY CITY WITH AN ROLLERS BAYCITYROLLERS R THE BEST .SO why did they say goodbye

  • true fact-a former BCR was on a river bank fishing and he got talking to a bloke who said he had money/relationship/alcohol/drug problems.BCR said `you think you`ve got problems ,i used to be a bay city roller`

  • like

  • One of them is convicted paedophile. "Bye Bye Baby" probably had a different meaning for the rotten bastard

  • This video went viral on Dhaka

  • Les is soooooooo cute

  • which one was in trouble with the police?

  • like if love actually brought you here

  • never understood why they were SO popular, especialy Woody, so ugly......

  • they were good musos, they had a good sound

  • happy days

  • Les looks so young in this video...I guess we all sis back then!!! Those were the days !!!

  • This lot should have been burnt alive! It was rumoured that they couldn't even play their own instruments.

  • If ever there was a decent song that could be re-worked by Blondie - then this is it. Deb on vocals, Clem belting the skins and 3 guitarists and some decent keyboards.

  • I so agree you can't help but sing along.....I was am and always will be Eric's grl! Love his...everythig!

  • Even after all these years l still love this song and l had the biggest crush on the Drummer god his what hot ;-)`

  • Woody plays a nice Rickenbacker 620 :-)

  • gays..

  • What.A.Tune!

  • am I the only one that noticed it? but is that a cucumber or a carrot in the singer's pants?

  • I will say this........ My mate KevMcKay (R.I.P) loved these guys so they can't be that bad...lol Great stuff thank you for brining back some fantastic memories..:) xxxx

  • The first ever record that was ever bought for me by my first ever boyfriend, he finished with me the very next week..

  • @anitarichardson1000 maybe trying to tell you something serlock

  • Nice song and all. BUT do not forget the drummer's a convicted pedophile and the singer killed a man in his car. Maybe that explains their lack of longevity.

  • @leverellis

You are full of shite! He is not a convicted pedophile - he was found in possession of child pornography which he denied was his and said was set up by someone who sent them to his address and then alerted the police. It makes sense. He got 300 hours community service.

Hilarious, just the best wee man, you are a fuckin belter! By the way what religion were these lads brought up in, CoS, RC, Methodist? What sectarian organisation did they belong to? • @Dumpypoppy24 Bummer. :(

    *Melinda*

  • @Dumpypoppy24 Oh, that's so sad! I hope you rebelled and continued to wear your tartan scarves and play Bay City Rollers records.

  • My mum n sister danced to this on my sisters wedding! On my wedding i just got grief of my mother!! moral of the story always avoid your sisters wedding especially if you dont get on with your family ha ha ha x
