  • @bigdlb14 Well the whole point of this video was to show people alternative options other than using weights. But in your case if you find 8 pounds to be a good weight you can work with then of course you can.

  • If you take the curl closer to you shoulder instead of stopping when your forearm is parallel to the floor would you not get a much better muscle contraction and there fore develop the muscle fibres more than what you do now ? so in theory you would have to do less reps less sets less work, So now who is wasting energy ?

  • @alexe89 Thanks for you comment an interesting question you present there. I don't stop to where my forearm is parallel to the ground for one and tbh i don't think i would. I challenge you to try both methods (mine and yours) and get back to me with your results i am truly interested to hear your feedback. :)
