Did you see how they tried to pin a "lying to a cop" charge on him?
the cop saw the 'Tylenol' and then asked him...
this is why you never talk to a cop. keep your mouth shut.
And as far as the "failure to notify", Cops are notorious for their lack of understanding of Gun laws. And if you keep talking they will try to pin anything else they canon you as long as you keep talking, they keep adding charges.
Glynn co is so currupt its not even funny take it from me a former officer who was fired for not agring to go along with there lies and stories that they feed to the media. Matt Doering is a liar and is unqualified for his position. Him and all his followers are the ones who should be fired not people like me who tried bringing real justice into this town. Ever watch training day? Its happening in our town now and Matt doering is playing denzel washington.
@copinga7 VERY TRUE. Brunswick Cops have always been professional to me. GCPOs are a bunch of Nazi assholes! By the way- keep writing them tickets when you pull them over in the city. I've heard about the war between City and County for a long time and trust me....they avoid going into the city when off duty at all cost.
This officer is funny. He says any over the counter pill is an narcotic. WOW, where do they train these guys. Also the officer in the rear is illegally running the pistol for stolen... No can do sir. LAWYER LAWYER LAWYER. HE doesn't have to notify an officer of a firearm!!!!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
It's just plain common sense to let the officer know you have a gun on you. The officers went a little overboard with the way they acted but people just need to do the smart thing!

you need to change the title. if he wanted to pull a gun for no reason he would have shoved it in his face from the get go, but he did not! he pulled it after he saw the driver had a gun. you people are damn morons!!!!!!!
Anyone who looks forward to maliciously shooting another human being not only has no right to carry a gun (legally or illicitly) but is also a poor specimen of the human species.
That leaves no different between you and the thugs you so anticipate 86'ing.
Since you look forward to shooting another, that breaches gun ownership rights, placing you in the territory of abusing your rights to justify killing another.
Responsible gun owners own guns to defend whereas loose cannons (you) supplant said right to defend and deter with the blanket excuse to kill.
I endorse said thugs no more than I excuse sociopaths such as yourself.
You surely value human life no more than those whom you rally against.
That's right, you little twat, I do not value the lives of Jack Booted Thugs who enjoy violating my rights or the rights of others. Of course to little cunts such as yourself, all life is equal, whether it is the life of a mass murderer or Mother Teresa. Go fuck yourself.
My best guess is you live way out in the sticks where the chance of said "jack booted thug" busting into your place is slim or none, placing your vitriolic diatribe within the same plane of reality as the skewed ranting of a manic street preacher
You ANTICIPATE killing PRIOR to the moment your rights are infringed upon & further, share far more in common with the Ted Kaczynskis & Timothy McVeighs that I presumably worship.
I'd ask you to f--- yourself, but feel you're Ill equipped to do so.
There was no reason for them to behave like that. It is a discrace how they behave and htey should be fired. How would you feel if you were in his shoe. An Fing Tylenoe a Norcotic? Are you Serious?
But, would'nt it be a responsible act for a "responsible" firearm wearer to advise a Police Officer you are wearing a weapon (gun)?? Or at least a logical thing to do...
@mkhintz You are retarded. He did not inform the officer he was carrying which resulted in this treatment. If he would have told the officer he had a CCW and had a loaded firearm on his person this may not have happened and the officer could take different measures to secure his own safety. It's inconsiderate people like you that make a routine traffic stop into a statistic.

They just keep violating the law. 14th amendment. Any drug is not a narcotic. A narcotic is a specific type of drug.
