It's sped up so instead of making the sound waves faster (and at the same time raising the pitch) what it does is just take bits out. So instead of going high pitched, it misses out sound.

You could, it would be kinda illegal though...

Just get a recording device and somehow hook it to the computer. Set a timer on it and play this song. Then save it to (however many) bit audio file and save it to the computer. Lastly burn it onto a CD and then do whatever with it.
