I'm not familar with Russian history so I can't comment on your theory. The joker in the video can't be labled as Egypt Expert, and his claims are weak; not much more sophisticated than "bar-talk". On the whole, RT generally offers low quality content that is baseless, hence my comment about them being a commediy channel.

I think this is the first time I agree with a RT report.
Egypt will become an islamic theocracy once the Party for Peace and Freedom (aka the muslim brotherhood) takes over. It will be a sunni version of iran, with the dark, oppressive cloud of sharia law ruling the land. Watch and see.
