  • Anthem of the Soul

  • I love the internet. For the rest of my life I will instantly be able to listen to all this amazing music... and share it with my kids.

  • I am 12 and what is this

  • Is the picture moving? Beautiful song =)

  • the horns...they speak to me

  • how i enjoy this song:

    1- turn off the lights.

    2- put it in fullscreen.

3-stare at the picture while listening to it.

    4- start thinking about life.

    5- sigh...

    thanks for posting.

  • i absolutely... love this. it's precious sounds to keep in mind.

  • @jalepenomack yeah:) well i just turned 14 a few days ago but i was 12 when i wrote that :p but i feel flipping stupid for writing "tweleve" instead of twelve -_-

  • #1 reason to live...Mogwai.

  • such a good song... no matter your mood.

  • did anyone hear the guy say yeah on 3:12

    ? haha

  • Reminds me of November Rain.

  • this is surprisingly... hopeless, sad kind of music.

like im laying on the ground disabled, mute, staring, dieing.

  • lil wayne is in the related videos. fuck, youtube.

  • this song was on the movie white light/ black rain

  • @loga316 yeah!!, thats how i first heard it! ahaha, i really liked the song on that movie so i looked everywhere for this song.

  • Why does Mogwai make such good music?

  • sounds like it belongs in a silent hill game :)

  • The over-simplified bassline just hits you in the face with its surprising emotion.. love it.

  • this song breaks my heart every time I hear it.

  • 2nd fav Mogwai piece after "Chocky".

It breaks every rule. No singer, few chords, just talent.

    Amen.

  • Ja, Mogwai eben.. Wonderful music. Listening to their work just makes me forget about everything and calm down for a moment. Mogwai I love.

  • Mogwai, my music

  • Mogwai, our music.

  • @Alhummerr that's a very nice comment

  • postrock <3

  • The thing I love about this song is its subtlety. While the horn part is playing the same four chords at the same intensity from start to finish, the band subtly changes the underlying dynamic underneath the horns throughout the whole song. I love it! BTW, if you stare at the pic long enough... it looks like the trees are being blown by the wind.

  • nice photo, did you take it?

  • I remember, when I was four, i used to listen to this song while playing super mario. Random right? I' m tweleve now, and for the past 8 years, I haven't listened to this, and for the past 8 years, i've also tried to figure out the name of this song. It's amazing how we can still remember a tune from such a while back. Only yesterday morning, I woke up, and this tune was in my head! I begged my bro to try to find the song name. I'm like "It has the word queen in it i think!" finally..i FOUND IT!

  • It's nice to know someone your age appreciates good thought provoking music. Something with actual heart to it. Use it wisely young Jedi.

  • @CarlyPacifici

  • @CarlyPacifici that has to be about the best comment i ever read.
