Ok..Everyone trying out a pvp server for the first time needs to understand that most of the people already been playing have gone through the same ass whoopings.. Most!! Just find a guild as quick as you can.. Get your level 12 mastercrafted gear made any way you can.. and start grinding out AA points to toughen yourself up.. Its a pvp server, you need to play the pvp game. or go back to the one you where on
Now that they introuduced the PVP gear this an AA are the only thing you should be thinking about getting for a few weeks! If ur just going to be power leveling then dont even worry about it, but if your going to stick to any kind of level long enough to get back at the pricks that killed you over and over ur going to have to be uber yourself or at least get into a group that is. -willdropqs
I just started a character (on vox) and it seems like pvp is broken, there are campers in every newbie zone(around 4 at a time) and when you die it likes about 2/3 of your cash and an item, not to mention someone who is 1 level higher than you can kill you in 2-3 hits and if you try to attack them, at most youll do about 2% damage to them, this is not an exaggeration in any way. I was just wondering if its like this through the entire game?
The reason that they kill you that fast is becasue they have locked there combat and quest xp.. They have built themselfs up so much they can whipe out alot of people.. I recommend doing it.. All my toons are Maxed out on AA and I do very well in PVP.
Sometimes i wish i never quit eq2 and just rolled a different class... I went to WoW and its fun and all, but yeah. I miss you guys, even if you dont rememba stylee. I now go by Gootch on Sen'Jin in WoW...
ok for all wow fags....PVP in EQ2 is diffrent...people hold grudges and you see the same people alot when your killing...Hense the song saying "Rember my name"
Did they change the whole format of the game? Can you no longer go cross faction on VoX? Would my ranger now have been yallz enemy? S'the deal? When i quit, all there was were duels, and a few pvp servers released, and Vox wasnt one.... ah well, Stylee out.
