@Triple777ER Yes, I am one of those euro blokes (sort of). I just think that white socks look better. You wear white socks for recreation, leasure and sport and then black socks for work (if you work in an office). If you don't believe me, ask the general fashion police (although they say white socks for sport only, I think). Personally, I just think it looks better. Lets put it this way Pozzatto or Wiggins

@mattfaulkner To each to his own I guess, although I must agree with you that Pozzatto looks better, only because he's much better built and not skinny like Wiggins. I never did like Wiggins anyway, there is always too much hype about him when it comes to TT. They keep saying he's going to be up there but he's never actually 'up there' in the TDF.

@Triple777ER Ha! Yeah, he is definitely not worth £1mil per year, especially as he has never won an international road race in his life?! He is a good TTist no doubt and a phenominal track rider, but he will not repeat 4th at the Tour for sure.
Pipo also doesn't win much, but he knows how to look good doing it!
Lol, I wouldn't personally wear black socks with sandals (i'm assuming thongs are Aussie for sandals), but as you say each to his own and I respect you for not caring.
