i can tell you how. If you watch the beginning of this video, you will notice when he is in the lybrary the barrel is on fire. Obviously he shot the barrel pre to that time and when he shot it was near the time the barrel exploded, when the barrel exploded it set the tank behind it on fire causing the explosion for the next kill winky face

Just to give people some idea of where the barrels are, His first shot through the wall almost him them... the barrels are more or less aligned with both of the columns he runs past at 0:06. So, because he moved left about 20 feet, he would need to aim slightly right to hit them. His shot is aimed pretty far to the left. which just doesn't make sense.

To prove 'haters' wrong you need to extend the clip from the beginning, so we see either what time he set it on fire at, and match it with the time the barrel would have exploded on its own, or show that he did not set it on fire, and therefore, the wallbang hit it. From the direction it looks WAY off. I guess I could stand on the catwalk on quarry and shoot the barrels of the sniper window, wait, then 360 noscope that general direction as they explode, send it in and get it uploaded...

I'm pretty sure that second shot didn't hit the barrel. It looked like the barrel that was on fire at 0:04 just so happened to explode almost at the time of when he fired his second shot. If you look at the slo-mo closely, he didn't get the hitmarker right when he shot, but a little after. And also, he wasn't shooting at the direction of the barrel, it was too low and too far to the left.
