I just made some! I split the the recipe in half and made one half with regular sugar and one half with granulated Splenda :) I made 12 square -shaped mini cakes with each portion in the oven, 325 degrees for 20 min.

They turned out so yummy! the Splenda batter just doesnt get too "soupy" so i added a little bit of water to it (1/2 cup). I also made a glaze with powdered sugar nd milk and vanilla and drizzled it on top. DELiSH! Thanks Brookes mom!!

OMG my grandmother always made pumpkin bread in coffee cans! We only fill the cans 1/2 way or 3/4 of the way (can't remember off the top of my head) so no need for foil, and then freeze the cans with their plastic lids attached. My mom tried to do some in a loaf pan, and although it tasted good, it just *wasn't the same* as the cylinder loaf with a puffed butt (that we as kids always fought over!). Your mom sounds sweet, and I hope you and your family have a blessed holiday season! :)

Brooke, thanks for making more videos with your mama! I adore her. I enjoyed all the Christmas recipes when you posted them last year. Your mom reminds me of my mother in law who passed away this past April :( She always decorated for the holidays and wore fun festive holiday shirts. Her cooking gadgets were old school mostly too....love it! And she too made delicious holiday foods. Thanks again. I hope your mom knows how much we all love her!

dont know if u know this but the box of baking soda she had, it says on the box its for fridge and freezer, it also says on the box not to bake with it. i only know cuz i bought the same box to bake with once and read it first and then realized i got the wrong one.

@SashaStlouis Yeah that box just has a filter on the side, so air can go through the box and it can deodorize the fridge better. It doesn't have anything different than regular boxed baking soda.
