@martatwilight I would suggest u do a cleanse 1st (like the slimquick one) then do the mega T. Now I don't know if it will actually burn fat but it does give you energy and help suppress ur appetite. Those were 2 issues for me when losing weight; however if you r looking for something to actually burn calories then this probably isn't the best thing for you. It is a great booster to weightloss but it won't do the work for u. Hope this helps and I'm sure you will look amazing at the wedding:-)

I personally didn't have any side effects. The only thing I got out of it was a surpressed appetite and more energy. I liked them a lot though, especially compared to other pills.
