Haha it's insane how far better the graphics are in the newer games, when I first played this Splinter Cell (1) I thought it was the best looking game EVER! :D I love splinter cell, it's really One-of-a-kind game!! Though the gameplay is different in Conviction, it's still awesome! =)

I know this is splinter cell 1, but the level layout seems different to my PS2 version. Is this the PC version? Also, I don't remember being able to open windows or having a realistic(ish) keypad.

i remember i was so impressed by the graphics in this game, i think this was one of the first games i ever played that used real time shadows and lighting. I remember watching the fan spin as it cast shadows on the walls and how the sun crept through the wooden beams- Good ol' Splinter Cell.

Yup, same here! I first started playing them on my PS2 but i had to get them for my xbox too just to see what i was missing and hell i was missing alot! Im still impressed by the first SC even today. :)
